Group Sessions

Personal Training

At Torres Fitness, our goal is to help you achieve yours. Our primary offering is our group sessions, which are fun, friendly, and guaranteed to leave you with a good sweat! They focus on both strength and conditioning, and range from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Little to no experience is needed as we focus on all individual athletes and our coaches are there to help you along the way!


We also offer one on one training with a certified coach for those who are looking for a more personal and private experience. Our goal with personal training is to help you gain the strength and confidence to work your way up to joining one of our group sessions.
